AJAX comments 2.08a

AJAX Comments is an awesome plugin. However, it doesn’t look like the original author is updating it any more, and the guy who released the bugfix 2.08 version doesn’t seem to have a contact address at his site.

So here’s a version which incorporates the changes suggested here. This un-breaks the plugin in my 2.3 blog. It also works on pages and not just posts (as seen below).
